In contrast to other types of servers where you'll share space with other customers and their websites, a dedicated server is a bare metal hardware resource entirely dedicated to you. Your sites and applications will have direct access to the hardware layer without worry of noisy neighbors.

A virtual private server (VPS) is like a step between shared hosting and a dedicated server. It essentially takes resources from a shared server and then uses that to run a virtual machine, giving you the appearance of a dedicated server but without the accompanying bare metal hardware.

We provide cPane & WHMl by default, which handles the vast majority of day to day operations on dedicated servers. We can also install applications like JetBackup or Softaculous if you wish to expand what is available.

We've spent the last few years developing relationships with a range of different vendors and providers and are able to get the lowest costs possible without sacrificing quality. We then pass those savings on to you, our customers.

While our customer service team will be happy to help out should you run into any issues, you'll primarily be responsible for day to day administration of the server such as creating accounts or email addresses. As part of this, you'll receive root access and FTP access, as well as access to additional tools like WHM.

While we normally have servers in inventory that can quickly be setup we occasionally do have to source servers or components, especially for custom configurations. Most custom configurations can be completed within a week.
